Dirty, red light district hotel, not suitable for family travel.
We arrived a little after 9 pm but the location was close to the airport which was good. The female counter worker completed the check-in quickly without any pleasantries. She didn't say hi or hello, how are you doing? How can I help you? Basic greetings.
The location of the hotel seemed to be in the red-light district where people usually drink. There were old drunk men walking outside our hotel room trying to talk to us when we were carrying 3 suitcases. This was not a good location if traveling with kids. The room was carpeted and when we moved the beds together so the kids wouldn't fall when they slept, we saw that it was filthy!! Nobody had vacuumed under the beds even though they can be accessed with a vacuum cleaner. The entire room felt dirty and I felt like the bed sheets had not been changed since I scratched all night. The person who checked us out in the morning couldn't speak English at all which was not good. How can you not speak English when you're working less than 2 km away from Jeju International airport? We had another reservation for the last day of our stay at Jeju, but we canceled it. Never coming back here! Disappointed this was rated as a 4-star hotel by booking.com when it's at best a 3-star.

Enjoyed our stay
Pros: 1) Location: It was near from the airport. Airport limousine bus stop was at 2 mins walking distance from the hotel and the airport was just a stop away. Surrounding the hotels there were plenty of shops, restaurants, convenience stores, etc. Good connectivity. Even Daiso dollar store was at walking distance. 2) Reception Staff: The staff here are helpful and treat every guest politely. 3) Connectivity: Connectivity was good. 4) Cleanliness: The room and bathroom were very clean and tidy. 5) Room size: The room was spacious and had a sofa and study table as well.
Cons: 1) Breakfast: No complimentary breakfast.
